ADVENTIST EDUCATION

The mission of the Pennsylvania Conference Office of Education is to provide students an educational environment which trains them to reflect God’s light. We operate:

Our Core Values influence all we do in education

Our Core Values influence all we do in education. Learn what these five values are, how we live them out in our schools, and how they impact our students. Our goal is to help schools provide students every opportunity for their spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth, equipping them not only for their future in this world, but also for eternity.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION DATA

The Pennsylvania Conference education department supports twelve schools in our state. More than that, we work together with teachers, schools, families, and students to prepare learners to be good citizens in this world and for eternity.

“The thing I appreciate most about our Adventist school and it’s teachers is that whether a student is advanced and excels in a subject or whether they struggle in a subject, the same attention and guidance is given to both levels. Students move thru curriculum as they learn and understand it. Teachers are willing to go above and beyond to help their students.”

The smaller multi-grade classrooms are a benefit for all students. I love the Christian atmosphere expressed by teachers and students alike making it a relaxed environment giving my child the best opportunity to learn and grow! I appreciate the many different activities my child gets to experience at school like Reading Buddies, cooking projects, ministry projects, music, gardening and worship to name a few! I love the personal attention given to my child whether additional help is needed or advanced work, which I know I cannot find at any other school! I really appreciate the open communication with my child’s teacher and really feel it is a team effort for the best interest of my child.

"I have valued the Christian values and family environment provided. It is a safe setting and has been able to incorporate practical aspects of life into the classroom throughout the year. The students have opportunity to interact with the community in various ways and get an appreciation for service to others to help them gain life values of using their abilities to bless others."
