The Conference encourages churches to create an intentional plan to reach their communities that includes connecting throughout the year and also holding evangelistic meetings spring and/or fall. A church can apply for a subsidy to fun either of these types of activities. The request form will outline how the funding will be used in these ways.
All subsidy requests are to be submitted electronically through the subsidy form at paconference.org/evangelism/subsidy. Pastors will need to create an account, using their paconference e-mail, to access the subsidy request form. Please submit a separate Evangelistic Request Form (click here) for each event of each church with the support of the church board by September 30. Pastors will receive a notification from the Evangelism Committee regarding the status of their requests. Churches should not commit themselves to the budget expenditures until they have received approval.
After the subsidy request is approved, a pastor may request funds according to the need up to 75 percent of the subsidy and three months prior to the opening of the meetings (Exceptions will be made for auditorium deposits, which may need to be secured long in advance of the meeting) by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com specifying the dates of the outreach and the amount requested. The remaining monies will be disbursed once the Evangelism Report Form (click here) is submitted immediately after the end of the meetings.
