Our evangelism subsidy is one way we empower the mission by assisting local churches in fulfilling its mission to reach everywhere, everywhere in their community with the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ. The Conference encourages churches to create an intentional plan to reach their communities that includes connecting throughout the year and also holding evangelistic meetings spring and/or fall. A church can apply for a subsidy to fun either of these types of activities. The request form will outline how the funding will be used in these ways.
All subsidy requests are to be submitted electronically through the subsidy form. Pastors will receive a notification from the Evangelism Committee regarding the status of their requests. Churches should not commit themselves to the budget expenditures until they have received approval. Click here to submit your requests.
After the subsidy request is approved, a pastor may request funds according to the need up to 75 percent of the subsidy and three months prior to the opening of the meetings (Exceptions will be made for auditorium deposits, which may need to be secured long in advance of the meeting) by sending an email to ymonnier@paconference.org and sramirez@paconference.org specifying the dates of the outreach and the amount requested. The remaining monies will be disbursed once the Evangelism Report Form (click here) is submitted immediately after the end of the meetings.
