Adventist education is vital to save our young people and ensure the future of the church’s mission. Our goal is to help schools provide students every opportunity for their spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth, equipping them not only for their future in this world, but also for eternity. Our schools will enable young people to grow in their relationship with Jesus and lead them to use their gifts and abilities to serve others.

Adventist Education is an outstanding system of schools that began in 1872 and has grown to be the second largest Christian educational system worldwide. Currently there are over 1000 elementary and secondary schools and 15 colleges and universities serving 65,000 students in the North American Division alone.  The Pennsylvania Conference education department works within this system and operates and supports:

  • 3 1-8 Elementary Schools
  • 5 PK-8 Elementary Schools
  • 3 PK-10 Junior Academies
  • 1 Secondary Boarding Academy

We believe that the work of true education is to equip students to think and to act with breadth of mind, clearness of thought, and the courage of their convictions. We believe that each student has a special purpose and we strive to provide every opportunity for their spiritual, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Our mission is to inspire them to develop a relationship with Jesus, love learning, respect others, and develop a character in the likeness of their Creator.
